Need a quick healthy dessert. It is so pretty to look at, just makes you want to eat it. Don’t feel guilty as it has healthy coconut fat, and antioxidants from the the berries. Enjoy!
- ½ c. raspberries, fresh
- ½ c. strawberries, fresh, sliced
- ¼ c. blueberries, fresh
- 2 T. coconut manna
- mint leaf
- Wash all fruit, pat dry.
- Place all fruit in glass dishes, layer the fruit alternating with coconut manna.
- Garnish with a mint leaf.
